Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 6.00pm
Thursday 9.00am to 7.00pm
Sunday 11am to 5pm
Need help?
If you need help while you are in Queens Arcade just ask one of our security or cleaning staff who will be happy to assist. You can also speak to staff in our Centre Management Offices by pressing the ‘Help’ button that you wil find next to Christopher George on Level 1.
Lost child?
If you lose your child while in the Centre, stop a security officer or ask at any shop displaying a Safe Child logo. You can also speak to staff in our Centre Management office by pressing the ‘Help’ button you will find next to Christopher George on Level 1.
Toilets
Facilities for men and women, those who require disabled access and baby changing facilities are available on the St David’s link.
Lifts
We have three public lifts. The first is located near the Queen Street entrance by New Look on Level 1 and Foot Locker on Level 2. The second is located near the Working Street entrance next to Tony Pryce Sports. The third is located on the St David’s link.
Photo Booth
You will find a photo booth near Simply Shakes on Level 1. |
