Queens Arcade Shopping Centre is right in the heart of Cardiff City Centre. There are entrances on Queen Street, the principal shopping street in Cardiff, and Working Street and there is a link directly with the adjacent St David's Shopping Centre.

In addition to these there are hundreds of metered street parking around civic buildings in particular. Arrive by railCardiff Central Rail Station (approximately 10 minutes walk from the Centre) is served by First Great Western covering South Wales, South West England and destinations to London Paddington including Newport, Bristol, Swindon and Reading. Wales and West trains connect Cardiff with destinations in South Wales, South and West England and stations to Manchester and Liverpool, Nottingham and Birmingham.Cardiff’s second rail station, Queen Street Station, is close to the eastern end of Queen Street and serves the Valley communities of South Wales. Queen Street Station is approximately 8 minutes walk from the Centre.
